The way of artificial contrastment of peripheral nerves by non ionic water-soluble contrasts «Omnipaque-ЗОО» and «Ultravist-ЗОО», has shown high informaticy and simplicity of performance is developed in experiment. Contrast substance entered under epineuria of a nerve trunk to degree of hard filling ofepineural tubes and x-ray pictures performers. Experimenta researches have shown, that using of non-ionic contrast substance «Omnipaque-ЗОО» and «Ultravist-ЗОО» have low histitoxicit. in relation to tissues of peripheral nerves.

Purpose: to study the sclera permeability as the most significant tissue barrier in the local application of medicines in ophthalmology for Retinalamin in vitro. Materials and methods. 23 rubbit's sclera samples were taken for the research in vitro. The water solution of Retinalamin has been tested too. The radiation reflected from sclera has been controlled by the system of receiving fibers of fiber optics probe and has been registered by optical multichannel analyzer (LESA- 5). Results: The experimental research makes it possible to assume that the full penetration of Retinalamin through sclera after the parabulbar injection lasts 3 hours.

Organization: Saratov State Medical University
40 case histories of patients with systemic sarcoidosis have been studied in order to evaluate the clinical peculiarities of the disease course. We have shown the chronic and systemic course of the disease that needs to be taken into account in the diagnostic process and during the treatment. The character of the lung and other inner organ sarcoid injury has been given in the work
DAILY PATTERN OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN ELDERLY AND SENILE PATIENTS OF MIDDLE VOLGA REGION
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Original article
Authors: O.K. Rybak, A.N. Burlaka, N.P. Ivannicova, M.E. Rakovsky, A.P. Burlaka
Organization: Saratov Institute of Cardiology, Russia
The aim of this study is to evaluate daily patterns of acute myocardial infarction in elderly and senile patients of climate area of middle Volga Region. Daily recurrence of acute myocardial infarction was discovered in dependence of sex and age, hours of "high risk" and "prosperity" were determined.
THE ESTIMATE OF A ROLE OF CORTICOSTERONUM IN REALIZATION IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE EFFECTS AT COMBINED ACTIVITY OF ETHYLENE DICHLORIDE AND HEAVY MECHANICAL TRAUMA

Authors: Zabrodskii P. F., Kirichuk V.F., Ivanov D.U.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
It was established in experiments on noninbred rats that combined action of 1,2-dichloethane in a single dose 0,8 LD50 and heavy mechanical trauma the summation them immunosuppressive effects in an essential degree depends on magnifications of concentration of corticosteronum in a blood plasma of rats owing to postintoxication and posttraumatic stress-response.
Keywords: 1,2-dichloethane, heavy mechanical trauma, corticosteronum, immunosuppression, combined activity
ALTERATIONS OF TOTAL SECTION OF THE MEANS CARDIAC VEINS FROM THE SYSTEM OF CORONARY SINUS FROM THE PUPIL OF THE FIRST PERIOD OF THE ADULT AGE WITH THE DIFFERENT VARIANTS OF ITS DISLOCATION
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: Korobkeev A.A., Galey E.N.
Organization: Stavropol State Medical University
The dynamic of the exchange of the total section of the means cardiac veins from the system of coronary sinus from the pupil of the first period of the adult age with the different variants of its dislocation was researched. In result of study was clear, that the exchange of the total section of the these vessels are correlating with its topography and variants of its dislocation.
THE THYROID CARTILAGE STEREOTOPOMETRICAL CHARACTERISTICS CONSISTENT PATTERNS FOR ADULTS OF THE DIFFERENT SEX AND SOMATIC TYPE

LIPID DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Review
Authors: Nikitina N.M., Lobanova O.S., Rebrov A.P.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disorder that occurs in approximately 0,5- 1% of the population. Patients with RA experience a shorter life expectancy than the general population. A large proportion of the excess mortality in persons with RA is related to cardiovascular disease. Ccardiovascular disease in RA may result from, accelerated atherosclerosis. The main risk factors for cardiovascular disease in the general population are the disorder of lipic profile. This article gives a review of the present data of the change in lipid profiles in RA at effects of anti-rheumatic treatment in the lipid profile in RA.
RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF BLOOD AND DISTURBANCES IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASES
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Review
Authors: Mamontova N.V., Kirichuk V.F.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
The large number theoretical and practical recommendations confirming participation Theological disturbances in many diseases, including cardiovascular system, have described by present time. Rheological disturbances of blood viscosity, plasma and serum, aggregation and deformability of erythrocytes are observed at patients with ischemic heart diseases, in particular, the unstable angina. Interest to preventive measures and treatment of cardiovascular diseases is determined by wide expansion of ischemic heart diseases, its leading part in the reasons of invalidity and death rate of the population so this problem is not only medical, but also social one.
