On April 13th 2007 in Saratov on the territory of the Clinical Hospital №3 of the Saratov State Medical University in the presence of the University rector, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, professor P. V. Glybochko and the chairman of the Trustee Board of the University, the Saratov and Volsk bishop Longin the ceremony of the laying of the foundation stone of the Holy Lucas (V. F. Voino-Yasenetskiy) temple took place.

It was found that the development of infectious complications of necrotizing pancreatitis is accompanied by the increase in circulating endothelial cells number, procalcitonin level and number of SIRS criteria. These parameters can be used for early detection and prediction.

Retrospectively studied following and outcome of pregnancy, women with non carrying of pregnancy, women that give birth to children with development delay (1 group) and women that give birth in proper time (2 group). Premature birth arranged 4,4% of 2962 delivery. Fetus development delay was established by 38,1% of premature babies and by 10,5% of borne in proper time. Non carrying of pregnancy stipulated by motherґs urogenital infection, high expressed gestosis and others obsterical and extra genital complications. Each third of women that give birth to premature babies with development delay, have inflammatory overpatching in placenta, each fifth have morphological proved FPI. Realized researches allowed to conclude, that for decreasing frequencies of premature births and fetus development delay is necessary doing opportunely urogenital tract sonation, pre-clinical diagnostics of gestosis Noncarryng of pregnancy and treat this disease preventive.

The state of wall thomboresistance, hemocoagulation, rheologic properties of blood and immune status have been investigated in patients after various surgeries on spleen in later postoperative period. It has been estimated that the best
results are obtained after organpreserving operations on spleen. Somewhat worse results have been observed after splenectomy and autospleentransplantation. The worst results have been revealed in the group of patients after splenectomy.

Investigated fastness properties of ureters of adult people in view of a floor, age and topography-anatomic features. Statistically significant decrease of their fastness with the years is revealed, are noted sexual and bilateral features. The general fastness of ureters increases in caudal a direction, and strength during a member does not variate.

Patients with BHP need in pharmacological treatment of thrombosis the most often in the first 3 cases because has dysfunctions of platelets and coagulation. According to results of analysis of efficiency antithrombotic therapy in BHP-patients confirmed clinical and biochemical influence antithrombotic therapy by Ticlid 250 mg twice on the day in comparison with Aspirin 100 mg and Dipiridomol 25 mg on the basic therapy of the BHP by Permixon 160 mg. The received results have had statistically meant differences. Manifestation of BHP and value QOL and others urodynamic complications most often appear on the basic specific monotherapy of BHP and lost after antithrombotic therapy for 1-3 months. The important complications of antithrombotic therapy of BHP-patients did not observe.

Influence of the factor of time on the remote results of treatment of patients invasive cancer of a bladder remains enough an actual problem. The group of studying made 541 patient, of them men - 425, women - 116. Middle age of patients at the moment of performance cystectomy has made 64,3 years. The average period of time from the moment of an establishment of the diagnosis before performance cystectomy was equaled 2,1 months (from 0,3 up to 12). The period of time more than 3 months was almost independent criterion (р = 0,057), connected with the worse survival rate of patients in comparison with the period less than 3 months from the beginning of installation of the diagnosis before performance cystectomy.

Long-term results of surgical treatment of 260 patients with hormonal awake tumours of adrenals are analysed. The following parameters were studied: arterial pressure in the remote periods after operation, vascular complications, necessity and a choice of hypotensive therapy in the postoperative periods, a lethality in the remote periods after operation. Analysis of efficacyy of various kinds of operative treatment in the remote postoperative periods is carried out. Also the substantiation of selection of hypotensive therapy in dependence on a kind of hormonal activity is given.
