Penza donors indexes of peripheral blood and iron metabolism biochemical parameters were analysed. It is shown, that the long term blood donors have acquired the latent iron deficiency.

The disturbances of the blood viscosity at different shear rates in dynamics of plaque intoxication were investigated. Experimental plaque intoxication of different degrees of severity was reached by parenteral administration to mice of a murine (“mouse”) toxin in doses equivalent to LD25 and LD50. Correlation between the intensification of lipoperoxidation and the degree of autointoxication severity and integrative indices of rheological properties of the blood of experimental mice was established.

In this work the modern conceptions about pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis have found reflection.
The characteristic of the ethiological factors, condition of mechanisms of nonspecific resistance and specific immunological mechanisms of protection is given. The general rules of the development of chronical inflammation in paranasal sinuses are described.

On the base of the hypothesis about portion movement of the blood, the mathematical model of the quantitative relations between the values of microvessels diameters in the microvascular knots of the optimal configuration is proposed.

One of the important tasks of any medical institution is the ensuring of medical care quality, which is carried out in the terms of mandatory medical insurance. Protection of the right of ensured citizens is accomplished by the procedure of expert estimation of the medical care quality. In this case the effectiveness of expert work becomes the crucial problem of mandatory medical insurance organization. The article contains the results of analysis of expert work in MMI system in 2002-2006 both at the level of the Russian Federation and the Saratov Region and the description of the model of informational interaction of the insurer and the medical institution during the expert estimation of the medical care quality.

A quality of nursing care is the main aspect of the medical care quality. Providing of the medical care quality examination requires designing of the model of medical care quality control system which includes the estimation of nursing care results. The article contains the description of the model of the nursing care quality management in the medical institution.

Some clinicopathogenetic features of the attention deficit syndrome with hyperactivity in children at the different age periods were studied in this article.

Investigations demonstrate that unlike the five-mark system of appreciating students knowledge, the rating system stimulates students to study the disciplines permanently within the limits of the educational standards and also allows to develop the capabilities to scientific research activities during the whole period of the high-school tuition. As a result the quality of the knowledge of the would-be graduates and consequently of the specialists enhances.
The positive experience of applying the rating control of the knowledge of students of the fourth and fifth year of tuition accumulated by the orthopedic stomatology chair of the Saratov state Medical University confirms that the rating which presents a system of accumulating conventional units of knowledge during the whole period of attestation, allows to evaluate objectively the knowledge of students studying the subject “Orthopedic Stomatology”.
