In this the changes of the level interleuikin-4, g interferon, tumor necrosis factor-a and C-reactive protein (CRP) of the patients chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency. The study included 67 patients aged 44 – 78 years. The dislipidemia and cytokines features of different stage of the disease were analyzed.

We have examined impact electromagnetic radiation of THZ-range on frequency molecular spectrum of radiation and absorption nitric oxide on functional activity platelets of white rats in condition of THZ-range on frequency molecular spectrum of radiation and absorption nitric oxide depends on radiation time and selection of a mode of exposure. The most expressed restoration of functional activity platelets was observed at fraction irradiation by common duration 15 and 30 minutes, and also at continuous irradiation during 30 minutes

By us are investigated character of distribution of intramuscular vessels and designs microcirculatory modules in typically «red» and «white» skeletal muscles of the human and some animals (a dog, a rabbit, a white rat, a porpoise). Applied methods: microdissection, supravital injection of blood channel by original technique with the subsequent manufacturing and fading and histologic preparations, morphometry, microphotoshooting. The substantiation of recommended incisions is brought at cut out muscle flaps in various types of muscles.

Summary:

The results of treatment of 180 patients with various diseases of organs of abdominal cavity and associated obesity were studying. Anthropometry with calculation of Body Mass Index (BMI) has performed in all patients. 527 histological preparations of skin and subcutaneous tissue from 56 patients were studying. In patients with associated obesity in postoperative period wound complications was most frequently (30.5%). Morphological features of structure of skin and subcutaneous tissue, which are influenced on wound healing and may be the predisposed factors for the development of wound complications in the conditions of tissue compression, has determined in the patients with associated obesity.

Summary:

On the basis of biometric research of an aorta, glands internal secretion (testes, prostate and thyroid glands), leather and roentgenograms of brushes from 587 corpses of persons man`s and a female in the age of from 17 and more 75 years are calculated the equations of pair and plural linear regress for diagnostics of age. It is shown, that a difference between biological and passport age considerably if diagnostics spend on separately taken to object and separately taken attribute. Complex research of the several objects described on the big number of attributes is recommended.

Antimicrobial activity of new heterocyclic compounds on standart strains grampositive Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213 and gramnegative – Esherichia coli ATCC 25992 (M-17) Proteus mirabilis 20 was study/
Compounds №6 and №7 have shown high overwhelming action (minimum inhibitory concentration – MIC 39,58 +/- 6,8mkg/ml accordingly. This lower exceeds MIC of ceftrixon in two times ( MIC 39,58+/- 6,8 mkg/ml) and is near to MIC of furamag (11,51/-0,99 mkg/ml).
Compounds №6 activity on methicillinsesitive strains Staphylococcus aureus was two times higher (MIC 12,4 /- 4,34) than on methicillinstable strains Staphylococcus auerus (MIC 25,6+/- 5,02 mkg/ml). Antimicrobial action of compound №7 was the same both on methicillinstable strains (MIC 17,3+/-1,77 mkg/ml) and on methicillinsensitive strains (MIC 12,53+/-3,78 mkg/ml) Staphylococcus aureus. The same regularity was mark for chemical furamag. Activity of chemical ceftriaxon on methicillinstable strains Staphylococcus aureus was greatly lower.
