The number of regional cases of syphilitic infection with involvement in the pathological process of the nervous system exceeds similar indicators in Russia, and late asymptomatic neurosyphilis prevails among clinical forms. Conclusion. In the Saratov region for the period 2007-2017 there is a decrease in the incidence of syphilis, which is accompanied by an increase in hidden forms of infection and neurosyphilis.
