Research objective is to define the pathogenesis of varicous veins of small pelvis in women. at Ultrasonic investigation of venous system of small pelvis has been carried out in 290 pregnant women. It revealed 190 patients with varicose veins of small pelvis (VVSP). By means of V.M. Jakovleva's technique phenotypic menifestation of connective tissue dysplasia was determined in all pregnant women. Biochemical manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia were identified by sialic acid level in blood serum, daily excretion of glycosaminoglycans and oxyproline.
High frequency of clinical and biochemical manifestations of undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia was revealed in pregnant women with VVSP. Patients with VVSP developed tooth and jaw, facial and locomotor damages. Patients with VVSP characterized by visceral undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia demonstrated by refraction involvement, ventral hernias, flat feet, varicous veins of lower extremities, hypermobile syndrome, mitral valve prolapse of different degree. Biochemical manifestations of undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia in pregnant women with VVSP were insignificant

Multiple myeloma is one of the most widespread hemoblastosis. In the structure of oncohematology it takes up about 10%. It follows with destruction of bones and results in lethal outcome. Ostealgia’s syndrome is leading in more than 70% of patients at the beginning of this medical condition. Damage of the skeleton is found at 80% of patients by means of X-ray. Patients suffer from decrease of osseous tissue mineral density and increase in level markers of osseous resorption and elaboration (bones acid and alcaline phosphatases, desoxypiridoline). These indices can be used as predictors of efficiency and safety of treatment of osteopenia in patients with multiple myeloma

It was established that the application of the monooxygenase system inductors (MSI) of phenobarbital and benzonal up to acute poisoning of animals by trichlorfom in a dose of 1,0 LD50, metabolized in the organism till production of compounds with higher toxicity caused its immunotoxic properties increase. The experiment was carried out on outbred white rats. the acute dimethyldichlorvinylphosphate (1,0 LD50) poisoning, biotransformation of which proceeded with formation of less-toxic and non-toxic compounds after MSI introduction, caused its decrease of suppression influence on immunity system indices

The purpose of present research wras definition of frequency of osteopenia development in children with chronic pyelonephritis and optimization of pharmacological correction of revealed disorders. 121 children with chronic pyelonephritis and normal glomerular filtration rate were included in the investigation. Mineral density of bone tissue, biochemical parameters of bone remodeling, cytokine profiles were examined. 3 varients of therapy were used. Control period lasted 12 months. Clinical predictors of osteopenia were indicated. The increased biochemical parameters of bone resorption, IL-6, IL-4, OPG were revealed in chidren with chronic pyelonephritis, the indices were higher in case of osteopenia. The article concluded that the most effective treatment scheme included the use of 3 medicines with different effects
Doxorubicine and antibiotics influence on dynamics of population development of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli
Heading: Microbiology Article type: Original article

Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Infectious complications in oncologic patients often occur as a result of antitumor therapy that demands the prescription of antimicrobic preparations. one of the main infectious agents in oncology is Staphylococci and Escherichia coli. The aim of this work is to study doxorubicine and ceftriaxon influence on dynamics of population development of strains of Staphylococcus aureus, doxorubicine and amikacine - on dynamics of population development of strains of Escherichia coli. Five strains of each type (one-standard and four-clinical) cultivated in meatpeptone broth, which contains non-inhibitory concentrations of experimental preparations. in any period of time after the sowing the measurement of optical density of growing cultures has been carried out. it has been determined, that doxorubicine in non-inhibitory concentrations increases overwhelming effect of these antibiotics on dynamics of population development of experimental strains

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between the structure of the proximal femur and its individual anatomical variability, namely the size of the femoral neck and the angle of torsion. These results suggest that the mor-phogeometry of the femur (the femoral neck axis length and width of the neck) may influence on the risk of fractures of the femoral neck in people of different body type

Nowadays there is a significant amount of theoretical and practical experience that proves influence of somatotype on arrangement of organs and systems. constitutional anthropology and stereomorphometry of hollow organs development open the new possibilities in individualization of operative accesses to the structures of larynx in patients whose anatomico-physiological distinctions define features of postoperative course of disease

The aim of the investigation is to study the sexual peculiarities of lymphoid formations in trachea and bronchi of individuals of different age groups.
The lymphoid apparatus of trachea and bronchi has been studied. taken from 58 humans of different age and both sexes, died or perished in accidents without pathologies of respiratory and immune systems was studied via microscopical methods. The trachea and bronchi principalis were fixated in 10% solution of formalin and in water Karnua. The longitudinal and transverse pieces were taken from cartilaginous and membranaceus walls of the upper, middle and lower one-third of the trachea and each bronchi principalis. These cuts 5-7 urn in thickness were stained with hematoxylin-eosin, azure-2-eosin, with hematoxylin-picrofucsin by Van-Gizon technique, with methyl green-pironin by Brashe technique (after fixation in water Karnua) and reaction by Grymelius.
The results of the research showed that during postnatal ontogenesis the sex related differences are observed in cell composition of the trachea and bronchi princiapalis' lymphoid structures. In adolescent, juvenile and 1-st mature period in females the percentage of small and big lymphocytes, cells with mitosis, plasma cells is more, but the percentage of medium lymphocytes and cells with degeneration is less than in males

The objective of the research is to present morpho-functional parameters that characterize spatial arrangement of arterial and venous circulation of human heart. Research material includes heart vessels of people belonging to different age groups. In conclusion the scientific work points out that the obtained parameters give the possibility to evaluate and compare the spatial arrangement of arteries and veins in different topographic regions of heart
