Despite of the huge scientific progress in the theoretical questions of the restoration of function of the damaged spinal cord by electrostimulation its use in the practice of public health services is rather limited. The purpose of the present work is the development of the ways of electrostimulation of the spinal cord in the complex treatment the patients work is complex inspection and treatment of 74 patients of the cervical myelopathy, developed on the background of posttraumatic and dystrophic changes of the cervical department of the backbone and the spinal cord. By results of carried out research it is possible to speak about high efficiency and the importance of the electrostimulation of the spinal cord considerably optimizes results of the complex treatment of neurologic symptoms the cervical myelopathy and the promotes significant restoration of impellent and sensitive functions of the spinal cord after its defeat.

Infection of genitor-urinary tract, caused by C. trachomatis are common worldwide and especially among childbearing age individuals. This infection is the most prevalent sexually transmitted bacterial infection and can cause considerable reproductive morbidity in women. The peculiarity of this infection to others is asymptomatic course and inclination to chronic inflammation and fibrotic disease of the urogenital tract. Based on a contemporary literature review, research work and own experience, the authors present data on the epidemiology, clinical picture and treatment of Chlamydia trachomatis urogenital infections.

Material and methods. Substitution and regeneration of myocardial structures is significant purpose, it can be reached in the way of stimulation of auto logical cardiomyocites or transplantation of stem cells or skeletal myoblasts. Realization of the fact that myocardium has ability to regenerative process, conditioned in last years generate interest in using stems cells in cardiology. The way of using of stem cells in treatment cardio-vascular disease is aggressively developing in last ten years. In this period experimental outcomes were very convincing, and so this approach start to use in clinical practice.

Perculiarities of antitrombogenic activity change of vessel side have been studied with patients who got chronic heart insufficiency with ischemic aetiology as a result of different therapy during 6 month using Simvastatin. Antitrombogenic activity decrease of vessel side was observed with all patients. Therapy using Vazilip displayed early increase of antitrombogenic activity of vessels side.

Detected, that Natrii Thyosulfatis elevate activity of antithrombin III, and improve results of thromboembolic prophylaxis.
