Summary:

The sphere of higher education bilongs to the most promising, intensively developing fields of activity in the modern world. There is always a place for pedagogical innovations in it. In a certain sense, a teacher is a key figure who plays a strategic role in the development of a student's personality during training. The main indicator of pedagogical professionalism is contact work with students. Currently, the teacher's skill lies in balancing the traditional view of teaching methods at the university and modern trends in education.
