Tftea/m of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of laser irradiation of cervical spine in the treatment of cervicogenic headaches. Material and methods. Survey and treatment of 28 patients of 40-60 years with diagnosed cervicogenic cranialgia (15 men and 13 women). Age of the disease ranged from 3 months to 3 years. All patients had cervical spine x-ray examination. To determine the pain activity the Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used, Credo's vegetation index was calculated, Index of functional changes (IFC), test САН [san] (WAM —wellbeing, activity, mood). All patients on standard drug therapy receive course treatment using laser irradiation of cervical paravertebral zones from the HILT (made in Italy), a wavelength of 1064 nm. Results. After a course of therapy there was decrease of pain syndrome in 100% of cases, but it was totally blocked at 82% of the patients. As a result of treatment by the end of the course found unreliable the average ad in 46.5% of people. Conclusion. Studies have shown that laser irradiation therapy of the cervical spine in craniocervicalgia requires a more careful approach to this kind of physical impact, qualitative survey of patients, including the determination of the conditions of vegetative nervous system and the adaptive capacity of the patient's organism. Also during the procedures needed to be monitored in the dynamics of blood pressure in a patient to determine the duration of the course of laser therapy.

Purpose: assessment the heavy psychosomatic and all-somatic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular pathology of patient, transferred an acute I degree radiation sickness, from the general evenly gamma-beta radiation. Conclusions. The subdepressive and disturbing-depressive syndrome of patient, transferred an acute radiation sickness (ARS) of I degree, from the general evenly gamma-beta radiation, was independent risk factor of development of multifocal atherosclerosis; Features of development of all-somatic and psychosomatic pathology of patient are based on a combination of genetic prerequisites, environment influences (the stress caused by accident on the ChNPP) and social factors, influencing on him during a course of life, especially during early socialization. Thus at development of psychosomatic frustration the combination of feature of the mental reaction connected with the personal characteristic and special relationship between mental (stress) and physiological (somatic) by aspects of reaction which led to metabolism violation, to aging, decrease in adaptation opportunities of an organism and development age — dependent pathology took place.

Aim: to show the clinical features of subacute course of subacute course of radiation disease and how they differ from the typical manifestations of acute and chronic radiation syndrome. Material and methods. Materials of the Burnasyan Federal Medical and Biophysical Center Register of acute radiation disease (ARS) in the Former USSR and Russia and Materials of a Burnasyan Federal Medical and Biophysical Center database of workers "Mayak" with chronic radiation syndrome (CRS) were analyzed. There were selected 22 patients with radiation syndrome due to fractionated or prolonged accidental exposure (the main group of patients). There were formed two subgroups for comparison: patients with a typical marrowy syndrome of acute radiation disease and with chronic radiation syndrome. Statistical analysis of results was made by means of statistical software package Statistica v. 6.1 for Windows (StatSoft Inc., USA) and Microsoft Excel 2010. Results. It was found that subacute course of radiation syndrome is possible under radiation exposure with medium dose rate in the range of 0.1-0.3 Gy/day Early symptoms of the disease as a primary reaction symptoms are completely absent. First complaints appeared in the earliest one month after the start of work in adverse conditions, on the average 6 months. In the period of formation there is a pancytopenia in the peripheral blood. Duration of the formation period was also determined. In this case radiation cataracts in patients are not observed. After the termination of radiation exposure hematopoietic recovery is slow, possibly incomplete with a high probability of hemoblastosis development. Conclusions. There has been described the subacute course of radiation disease by analyzing the clinical material of patients with radiation syndrome, there has been analyzed the clinical criteria that distinguish subacute radiation syndrome from acute and chronic.

Aim: to investigate the dynamics of ulcer surface healing depending on type of radiation ulcer and cell product in murine experimental model of severe local radiation injuries after exposure to X-rays. Material and Methods. Mature Wistar rats were used for experiments (males, weight 180-200 grams). Standard model of severe local radiation injuries was used: X-ray irradiation of animals on a modified RAP100-10 device. Isolation of the stromal-vascular fraction carried out by enzymatic treatment of adipose tissue. Autologous cells transplantation performed on day 20 after irradiation in the case of acute radiation injury model (early radiation ulcers) and day 120 in the case of long-term effects of radiation injury model (chronic radiation ulcers). As a positive control allogeneic MMSC derived from rat bone marrow were used. Results. Application of autologous cell products derived from adipose tissue in animal model of severe local radiation injuries was investigated for the first time. It was shown that usage of stromal vascular fraction of adipose tissue for the treatment of early radiation injuries not only leads to better improvement (as compared with the use of MMSCs), but also pronounced therapeutic effect could be observed at an earlier time. On the model of long-term effects of radiation injuries therapeutic effect was observed for all cell products. Conclusion. Cell-based products derived from adipose tissue are promising material for future research and clinical application for treatment of local radiation injuriesK) Described method allows choosing treatment strategy basing on patient's individual characteristics and the type of local radiation injuries.

Aim: to examine the therapeutic efficiency of melanin administered to mice after irradiation at lethal and sublethal doses. Material and methods: Survival and hematological states were studied on CD-1 mice receiving on acute or fractionated whole-body doses on X-rays or gamma-irradiation. Melanin soluble was given with water ad libitum from the first to the 30th-day after irradiation. Results. It was shown that melanin produced a significant therapeutic and protective-therapeutic action against acute radiation injury in the dose range 6,5-7,5 Gy (LD80-LD under our conditions). Cumulative survival melanin treated mice was increased to 14,4%, in control group — 1,9%. After fractionated injury (1 Gy daily, total dose 10 Gy) all mice which consumed melanin remained alive, versus 43,7% in control. Melanin decreased radiation-induced damage and stimulated the hematopoiesis recovery after sublethal exposure (5Gy). Conclusion. The results permit to regard melanin as a therapeutic agent for treatment of radiation injuries.
