Summary:

Discriminant analysis for anthropometricalexamination ofmen with myocardial infarction at the age of27-78 (n=186) is applied for the firsttime. Results of perfected method of anthropometrical analysis according to V.P.Chtetsov (1978) can be used to increase the efficiency of prophylaxis and therapy of myocardial infarction of men.

PECULIARITIES OF MORPHOLOGICAL VERIFICATION IN BREAST CANCER

Summary:

80 case histories of patients with breast cancer were analyzed. During the preoperative examination with objective and instrumental examination methods used the malignant process was suspected but no morphological verification was received. Physical examination revealed 75% cases of cancer. Roentgenologic evidence of malignant tumor was found in 43.5% women. Ultrasound examination of mammary glands showed that 57.7% of patients had cancer symptoms. Despite the repeated puncture aspiration biopsy, preoperative morphological examination proved to be negative. The reasons of morphological verification failure are connected with technical difficulties and morphological features of tumor structure. Negative malignant process verification necessitated the diagnostic partial mastectomy. To achieve ablasticity ofexcisional biopsyit is necessary to keep 2 cm from the tumor. Staged morphological diagnosis verifies the diagnosis in all patients, allowing to choose the adequate extentof surgical procedures.

Summary:

The article reflects the results of influence the conditions of work upon psychological and psychophysiologic status of stomatological staff. The results revealed that labor activity of stomatological staff influences on their functional condition and capacity for work. Changes of psychological, psychophysiologic indices and motoric characteristics proved it.

Summary:

In the paper the system of criteria for estimation of medical care quality in pediatric hospital is suggested. Itcontains objective and subjective criteria (some of them were used in Russian practice first time), quantitative and qualitative, direct and indirectcriteria. The system was approved for compare five analysis of day and twenty-four-hour hospitals of gastroenterology profile atthe Saratov State Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital. Itwas shown that high quality of medical care to children may be achieved at the less financial expenses in day hospital. The implemented set of instruments allows to characterize the results of economic, medical, and administrative decision making in sphere of health care and to evaluate their social consequences.

By giving treatment to 206 patients (380 eyes) with age-related macular degeneration, the estimation is given to the most effective method of introduction of medical products. It was revealed, that the best results are received at application retinalamin in the form of parabulbar injection in a complexwith instenon, which was introduced by endonasal electrophoresis.
