Современные возможности и перспективы кинезиотерапии у детей с расстройством аутистического спектра (обзор)

Резюме:

Цель: анализ исследований, посвященных влиянию кинезиотерапии на формирование двигательных навыков у детей с расстройством аутистического спектра (РАС), а также влиянию двигательной активности на социальное взаимодействие, коммуникативные способности и стереотипное поведение. Выполнен поиск исследований в научных базах MEDLINE® (Ovid), AMED, Embase, CINAHL и АРА PsyclNFO® в период с 1995 по 2021 г Для поиска использованы ключевые слова и фразы: «расстройства аутистического спектра», «аутизм», «физическая активность», «физические упражнения». В обзор включены 26 исследований. Данные продемонстрировали положительное влияние различных типов двигательной реабилитации не только на моторные, но и социальные, эмоциональные, когнитивные и поведенческие особенности детей с РАС. Однако необходимы более скрупулезные исследования, которые должны включать всестороннее описание изучаемой популяции, больший объем выборки, тщательную оценку эффективности реабилитационного воздействия. Следует рассматривать способы физической реабилитации как методы, оказывающие многофакторное воздействие на проявления РАС.
