Ассистированные и робот-ассистированные функциональные эндоскопические ринохирургические вмешательства (обзор)

Резюме:

Цель: оценить плюсы и минусы ассистированных и робот-ассистированных функциональных эндоскопических вмешательств и возможности их применения в риносинусохирургии. Работа посвящена обзору методик ассистирования в эндоскопической ринохирургии с 1983 по 2020 г. по материалам зарубежных баз научных данных PubMed, ResearchGate. Всего изучены 48 источников. Приведена краткая история развития эндоскопической ринохирургии, бимануальная эндоскопическая техника и ее основные недостатки, приводятся данные литературы о пассивных и активных (роботизированных) устройствах, удерживающих эндоскоп. На основании исследованной литературы можно сделать вывод о том, что существующие коммерческие и экспериментальные роботизированные устройства различной конструкции имеют ряд серьезных недостатков, которые мешают их широкому распространению и внедрению в практику ринохирургии.
