The basis of the clinical manifestations of the disease in the patient was progressive cognitive impairment. The described case demonstrates clinical similarities with chronic cerebral circulatory disorders, multiple sclerosis, neurodegenerative and mental diseases, shows the need to remain vigilant of neurologists and therapists regarding rare but curable diseases of the nervous system due to their polymorphic clinical picture and erased course.
