Summary:

A clinical case of a rare retinocytoma tumor in a patient with swelling cataract and phacomorphic glaucoma is presented. A comprehensive examination of the patient using various diagnostic methods allowed to make the correct diagnosis and conduct timely surgical treatment with predictable results.
