The purpose of study is to analyze the results of providing patients with the high-tech medical care at the Clinic of Eye Diseases of the SSMU. Material and methods. Analysis of laws and regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, statistical data, accounting documents of the Clinic of Eye Diseases of the SSMU and a number of other medical institutions that provide patients with the high-tech medical care. A retrospective analysis of original medical records, outpatient medical records, medical charts was carried out. The methods of research that are used in this work include socio-hygienic, retrospective, system analysis, statistical. Results. The implementation of the National Project "Health" by the Clinic of eye diseases of the SSMU is made available through the providing residents of the Saratov region and other 29 regions of the Russian Federation with the high-tech ophthalmic care for. According to the statistical data 3,284 patients were provided with the high-tech medical care in 2014, 2015, 2016. Refractive, vitreoretinal, reconstructive-plastic and optico-reconstructive surgeries, optical through keratoplasty, cross-linking, glaucoma surgery are carried out at the Clinic. The largest number of patients provided with high-tech medical care in 2014-2016 had vitreoretinal surgeries. Conclusion. There is a significant increase in the functional results of patients' treatment, increasing accessibility and quality of high technologies in ophthalmology. Successful providing patients with the high-tech medical care was facilitated by the creation of a special commission of identifying the patients required the high-tech medical care, concerted efforts of the physicians and nurses, state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.

An elderly person in the attitudes of medical students and medical residents: an ethical aspect

The objective of the study: to identify the attitudes towards elderly among the students and residents of SSMU n.a. V. I. Razumovsky. Material and Methods. Students of 3d and 6th courses and interns of 1st and 2d years (N=85) enrolled in the SSMU n.a. V. I. Razumovsky were involved in the research. The average age of respondents was 21 ±1.8 years. We used the technique of unfinished sentences, which allowed us to measure emotional load of the semantic field of the phenomenon of old age. Results. Among the respondents, most commonly old age is associated with responsibilities in the upbringing of grandchildren, wisdom and pension. The main reasons that hamper the interaction with the elderly respondents emphasized the conflict of older people and a decrease in cognitive functions. Conclusions. In the researched population there is mainly a positive image of old age. Medical students should be prepared to work with older people and a tolerant attitude to old age should be formed

Demographic situation at the global and regional levels is designated by social context and social mechanisms. The probability of a certain pathological state may increase under the influence of factors, most of which can be considered as socially determined. Poverty and health care limited availability are considered by the authors in the context of the risk of the formation of a marginal situation for patients with chronic diseases, which is manifested in adaptation crisis, disability of the patient in a situation of chronic disease.
The value of assessment of quality of life in realisation of medico-social rehabilitation of children-orphans in conditions of illness

Purpose: interdisciplinary analysis of quality of life and objectifying strategies of medico-social rehabilitation of children-orphans in conditions of illness. Material and Methods. Included in the study on a random sample of 354 respondents aged 14-18 years of age (160 males and 194 female). The study of quality of life was conducted using the international questionnaire of WHOQOL-100. Statistical significance of differences of average indices of life quality of groups of respondents was determined by non-parametric Mann —Whitney test. Results. Analysis of the averages of quality of life in the group of clinically healthy respondents were allowed to define the indices on average significantly (p<0.01 — p<0.05) different in the group of children-orphans and children living in families. During the research it was found that the average quality of life of orphans in a situation of a disease in most points of questionnaire were significantly lower than in the control group. Statistically significant differences of average values of indicators of quality of life in the analysis of the quality of life of the respondents (orphans and children living in families) in the case of illness related to the effects of disease and child abandonment, somatically and socially determined. Conclusion. Established in the course of the study the statistical relationship between indicators of quality of life from disease and the effectiveness of re-socialization proves the possibility of the objectification of recovery strategies and the formation of personally identifiable medical and social assistance to children-orphans in conditions of illness.
Forming value orientations on healthy lifestyle among students
