On the basis of clinical stomatologic examination of 367 students of institute of higher education in Ufa at the age from 16 to 29 years it is established, that prevalence of dento-maxillary anomalies makes 62,9%. In structure combined anomalies are prevailing - 46,3%. Among anomalies of occlusion overjet occur more often - 42,9%. High prevalence of dento-maxillary anomalies requires improving the complex of treatment and prophylaxis actions for this category

The purpose of the research -to determine the effectiveness of enamel-sealing liquid employment as preventive measures and as medical treatment of caries and dental hyperesthesia. Employment of the enamel-sealing liquid for children is an effective method of fissures mineral sealing and is used as preventive measures and as medical treatment of caries. After the process of deep fluoridation is complete, the enamel-sealing liquid action results as remineral-ization and mostly stabilization of so called tiny spots on the surface of the enamel is observed. The employment of the medicine for dental hyperesthesia treatment that occurred after the dental bleaching is of a high effectiveness as well

Investigated biochemical changes in an oral liquid of patients with the extented chronic periodontitis chronic in aggravation stage, specific features of change of activity of enzymes of a mouth at presence fluoroquinolones , in the presence of the expressed inflammatory process in periodontium are revealed. The studied biochemical mechanisms of action of preparations can serve as criterion of a choice of the optimal preparation that will allow to improve essentially results of treatment of the given category of patients

The research objective consisted in increase of efficiency of treatment sick ChRAS by inclusion in complex treatment of an immunomodulator of Gepon. Under supervision there were 18 patients at the age from 15 till 55th years, mainly women (70 %), with prescription of disease from one year (four patients) till 20th years (five patients). The data obtained by us says that application Gepon in complex treatment ChRAS considerably accelerates epithelization of ulcers, reduces congestion and a hypostasis of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity and reduces painful sensations

The application of immunomodulator Gepon in the treatment of chronic generalized periodontitis can improve the quality of care, reduce the time of preoperative preparation of up to 10 days (in the traditional treatment 14-16 days), rapid postoperative rehabilitation of patients and to achieve stable remission in 82% of patients with chronic periodontitis easy degree and 77% with moderate periodontitis after 6 months of observation
