Цель: анализ технологий эндотелиальной кератопластики (ЭК), оценка преимуществ и недостатков каждого метода, включая преэндотелиальную кератопластику с десцеметорексисом (PDEK) в лечении различных заболеваний роговицы. В обзоре литературы анализируются опубликованные данные о современных методах ЭК. Для поиска статей использовали базу данных PubMed. Всего использовано 50 источников литературы, опубликованных в период с 1956 по 2020 г. Задняя автоматизированная послойная кератопластика (DSAEK) и трансплантация десцеметовой мембраны (DMEK) являются популярными методами лечения пациентов с патологией эндотелия роговицы, но имеют ряд недостатков, таких как: невысокая острота зрения в отдаленный послеоперационный период (DSAEK), возрастное ограничение доноров и трудность манипуляций с изолированной десцеметовой мембраной (DMEK). Учитывая изложенные недостатки, изучение альтернативных методов ЭК является актуальным. Одной из новейших технологий трансплантации роговичной ткани, позволяющей избежать вышеперечисленные проблемы, является PDEK.
