Summary:
In November 2024, the Department of Emergency Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Simulation Technology in Medicine celebrates its 50th anniversary. The article reflects the work of the department under the leadership of its four heads: Alexander Terentyevich Staroverov (founder of the department), German Georgievich Zhdanov, Dmitry Vladimirovich Sadchikov, Alexander Valerievich Kuligin (current head of the department).
