Summary:

Objective: to describe a malignant synovial sarcoma of rare localization. Synovial sarcoma is a soft tissue tumor originating from connective tissue, mainly from the synovial membrane of the joints. However, there are also rare localizations. This clinical case demonstrates the need for a more detailed diagnosis of neoplasms and demonstrates the need for early initiation of surgical and conservative treatment.
