Summary:
Physical efficiency (PE) of mice under normal conditions was being increased with the help of 10 substances out of 20 physiologically compatible antioxidants (PCAO) under study and with the help of 5 of them after hyperthermic influence. The greatest effect was produced by the derivative of ascorbic acid pQ-461 in cipher. This derivative with the range of effective doses (1 -50 mg/kg) and actoprotector activity (22- 74% increase in PE) considerably exceeds other studied substances and actoprotector Bemithylum. The composition pQ-461 may be recommended for further study as a long-range thermoprotector.
