The subject of our study was the influence of 22-phenyl-ethyl-substituted derivative of 3-oxipyridine (3-OP) and 5 nedicines having antihypoxic and/or antioxidant characteristics (Mexidolum, Emoxipine, Etomerzolum, Nooglutilum, Natrii xibutyras) on the life interval of mice under acute hypoxia with hypercapnia (AHwHc) and acute hypobaric hypoxia (AHBH). he antihypoxic influence of the combinations is revealed to depend on their chemical structure, dose and model of acute ypoxia. The life interval of mice was being increased with the help of6 phenyl-ethyl-substituted derivatives of 3-OP under HwHc and 5 derivatives underAHBH. The composition CK-131 in cipher with the range of effective doses (50-200 mg/kg) nd antihypoxic activity (30-120 % increase in the life interval of mice) considerably exceeds other studied substances and ledicines in comparison Mexidolum, Emoxipine, Nooglutilum, Etomerzolum, Natrii oxibutyras under AHwHc and AHBH. The omposition CK-131 may be recommended for further study as a long-range antihypoxant.
