Оценка эффективности мероприятий по улучшению исходов преждевременных родов (обзор)

Резюме:

Обзор посвящен оценке эффективности мероприятий по улучшению исходов преждевременных родов. Проведен анализ рандомизированных многоцентровых исследований с 2014 по 2019 г. базы данных Национальной библиотеки медицины PubMed. Изложены сведения об эффективности проведения профилактики респираторного дистресс-синдрома, токолитической терапии, нейропротекции плода, системной антибактериальной терапии.
