Summary:
The article presents the history of the Department of Faculty Pediatrics at the Saratov Medical University named after V. I. Razumovsky. The path of the formation of the scientific school of pediatricians is traced from the period of the department's creation in 1949 to the present time. The main scientific directions of the department's work during this time period are highlighted.
