Perspectives of development of the compulsory medical examinatio order

Last modification of compulsory medical examination regulations was connected with the order of the Ministry of health and social development of Russia № 302н dated 12.04.2011. The order is been valid on the territory of the Russian Federation for almost 2 years. During the term of this document there had been established a new basic for the health system: the Federal law dated 21.11.2011 №323-Ф3. The Federal law of 21.11.2011 № 323-ФЗ and test results addressed to the Ministry of health of Russia became the reasons for the Ministry of health of Russia to organize a number of changes in existing regulations of compulsory medical examinations. The number of planned change does not allow us to perform local changes and requires a complete reissue of the order, therefore the working group of the Russian Ministry of health prepared the «new order 302н», which already includes all the planned changes.
