Clinical and life quality features of 183 patients with chronic pancreatitis and diabetes mellitus were studied. We have found that the incidence of exacerbations increased by 36,7% after the appearance of diabetes mellitus, the number of days of loss of ability to work increased by 27,8%, the quality of life decreased
