Summary:
The analysis of stages of formation of the modern legislation, established kinds of medical aid and sources of their financing depending on levels of the power, structure of a network of organization of public health services concerning protection of constitutional laws of citizens on reception of timely, qualitative, highly technological and accessible medical aid is presented in the article. Aspects of formation of standard-legal base of service of the first aid, including specialized aid are considered in detail. The classification signs defining technologies of rendering of medical aid and the form of its organization are considered
