DYNAMICS OF THE ANXIETY DISORDERS IN THE COURSE OF SHORT-TERM PSYCHOTHERAPY

Summary:

The tendency of psychotherapy modern concepts referring to the short-term forms having been taken into account, we carried out the research aimed at the study of short-term form personality-oriented psychotherapy effect on the anxiety disorder dynamics. 103 patients with neurotic disorders were examined in the neurosis and psychotherapy department of the Bekhterev Psychoneurological Research Institute. The findings revealed the situational and personal anxiety level to be objectively decreased in the short-term group psychotherapy course.
The short-term group psychotherapy was proved to bean effective method in anxiety disorders treatment considering indications and limitations.

The article gives information about efficacy of osteoreflexotherapy in the treatment of patient with lumbar spine ostheochondrosis. Combination of ostheoreflexotherapywith introduction of homotoxic drug into reflexogenous zones of vertebral spinous processes ofL4-S1 vertebrae makes it possible after 10 seances to stop the pain in lumbosacral region, to restore superficial sensitivity, tendon reflexes.

THE USE OF ULTRASONIC SYSTEM “VECTOR” IN TREATMENT OF CHRONIC GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS

Summary:

Results oftreatment ofpatients with periodontitis using ultrasonic system "Vector"or sealer and Grace! curetes were compared. Microflora of periodontal pockets and gingival mastcells were studied. It is shown that the use of ultrasonic system “Vector" has clinical morphological efficiency and allows to achieve stable remission of periodontitis during 6 months of watching at 91,2% patients. After periodontitis treatment with use of sealer and Gracei curetes functional activity of mast cells was increased and relapse of periodontitis at 30% patients developed.

Summary:

Problems in diagnostics and therapy of pus complications of injury impair of abdominal organs and retroperitoneum are an actual section of abdominal surgery.
Nowadays significant improving indication of timely patient hospitalization to in-patient departments have not been received, asa resultofthat, part of complications tends to rise.
In this article, frequency and structures of septic complications connected with damaged abdominal organ impairments.
Out of 51 patients with purulent complications of injury impairments of abdominal organs and retroperitoneum, 5 patients have died. Fatal cases accounted 9.8%. In the case of diffuse peritonitis, deaths account 18%.
The consideration must be given for further organization measures, directed to improve the therapy process. Also, introducing modern diagnostics technologies, and therapy of complications.

Summary:

It is reasonable for the replacement findings of the mitral valve in case of durable post-operative periods, to evaluate patient’s tolerance of physical effort, which results, firstofall, in the condition of the cardio-vascular system. Taking into consideration the seriousness of patients' condition of understudy, data about physical tolerance maybe received with the help of dosed physical effort. A group of factors, also choice of mitral valve replacement method, influences on degree of patients' physical effort. The more preferable method of correction of mitral valve disease in case of prosthesis is a preservation of subvalvular structures of mitral valve.

Summary:

The analysis of the treatment results of 319 patients with complicated forms of gastroduodenal ulcer disease has been carried out. The group is formed by the 223 patients over 60 years old and 96 young and middle-aged patients. The description ofpreoperative and postoperative treatmentwith application of the controlled sympathetic medication denervation of the elderly and aged people with complicated forms of gastroduodenal ulcer disease in the preoperative period and the exposure of the abdominal nerve plexus to alternative magnetic field of “Magniter" device have been provided. . The treatment algorithm of elderly and aged people with such pathology has been introduced. The results of the research have revealed reliable decrease in postoperative complications development incidence, postoperative complication development relief, earlier improvement of the clinical, laboratory and instrumental indices in elderly and aged patients with complicated forms of gastroduodenal ulcer disease, and also postoperative mortality decrease and cuts of the patients' stay period in hospital.
