DYNAMIC CHANGES OF HAEMORHEOLOGIC DATA DURING PHYSIOLOGICAL COURSE OF PREGNANCY

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №1 Pages: 54-58
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Original article
Authors: O.N. Hizhnyakova, E.V. Ponukalina
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Changes of rheological blood properties of were studied in 91 women with physiological course of pregnancy. The control group was formed of 21 nonpregnant women. During physiological course of gestation the following dynamical changes of haemorheologic data were observed: phase changes of blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, increase of
serum blood viscosity. These changes have adaptive character and promote formation of optimal conditions for fetus growth and development.

DISTURBANCES OF THE VASCULAR THROMBOCYTE MECHANISM OF HEMOSTASIS IN PATHOGENESIS OF THE MICROCIRCULATORY DISORDERS IN RAPIDLY PROGRESSIVE PERIODONTITIS

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №1 Pages: 51-54
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Original article
Authors: E.V. Ponukalina, N.V. Bulkina, I.N. Karpenko

Summary:

In modern stomatology the problem ofatypicalforms ofinflammatoryperiodontaldiseases origination, namely of rapidly progressive periodontitis (RPP), has got special importance due to its widespread. The article presents one of the impotant parts of the pathogenesis- the disturbance of microcirculation processes caused by the decrease of blood clot resistencyofa vascularwall in pathogenesis ofmicrocirculatori disorders in patients with RPP. These disturbances are predetermined by endothelial dysfunction with the subsequent degradation of the clinical presentation of disease, the stomatologic status and quality of patients life.

DISTURBANCES IN PROTEIN C SYSTEM IN PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM PERIODONTITIS

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №1 Pages: 48-51
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Original article
Authors: V.F. Kirichuk, T.V. Simonyan
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The present research is focused on defining the role of protein С system in the process of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis in patients suffering from different forms ofperiodontitis.
The beginning of specific course of treatment in patients with chronic periodontitis there have been diagnosed disturbances in protein С system, the latter being the reason for blood coagulation disorders, such as: the decrease of protein С activity, the decrease of active factor Va resistance, the increase ofplasminogen reserve, the decrease of total antithrombin blood activity, antithrombin III activity including. The degree of changes in protein С system depends on the severity degree of chronic periodontitis: the more severe disease is the more severe disorders itcauses in protein С system. The most evident symptoms of depression of indices in protein С system were observed in patients with quick-progressive periodontitis. The decrease of protein С activity is caused by its consumption in the process of intravascular blood coagulation is characteristic periodontitis.

ESTIMATION OF LEVEL OF PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG POPULATION OF PENZA REGION WITH APPLICATION OF A POPULATIONCENTRIC METHOD OF SOMATOTYPING

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №1 Pages: 38-42
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: O.V. Kalmin, T.N. Galkina
Organization: Penza State University
Summary:

Investigated features of a body build of 309 young men and girls of the Penza region in the age of 16-21 years. B.A.Nikitjuk andA.I.Kozlov methodwas applied to definition of type of a body build. The Penza youth is characterized by prevalence among young men of faces brachymorphic normotrohpical type, with distribution of hypodermic Adeps mainly below a girdle and on a trunk. Among girls there are people mesomorphic body builds hypotrophical type, distribution of hypodermic Adeps mainly below a girdle and on extremities is more often. In both groups on the average there are no surpluses of mass of a body.

ROLE OF TUMOR SUPRESSOR P53 IN GENESIS OF ANGIOGENIC PHENOTYPE OF A NEOPLASM IN COURSE OF OVARIAN CARCINOMA

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №1 Pages: 29-33
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: I.I. Antoneeva, S.B. Petrov
Organization: Kazan State Medical University, Ulyanovsk State University
Summary:

The parameters of a vascular bed (vascular volume in % andvasculardencityon 1 mm2 of tumor) were estimated on the operational-bioptic aspirate of the primary tumor of 83 patients with the ovary cancer (ОС). The immunohistochemical method with the use of mice monoclonal antibodies p53, clone DO-7, lgG2b(M7001 DakoCytomation) has been applied for the estimation of the level of p53 expression. Based on the estimated parameters we can conclude that there is no distinctive group of differences among the different clinical stages of the ОС. However, there is a weak positive correlation between the volume and density of vessels and the disease stages. At the same time, the quantity of the atypical epithelial cells of the primary tumor that express p53 is significantly increasing in each subsequent stage. The results of the research show the possible p53 inactivation in the tumor cells and the stimulatory role ofp53in the neoangiogenesis in the course of the tumor progression.

Summary:

Saratov State Medical University Research Institute for Fundamental and Clinical Urology Nephrology
Renal masses are widespread pathology with high mortality and morbidity rate. Early diagnostics is a possibility of nephron-spearing surgery. Ultrasonography is screening imaging modality for renal lesions, Doppler investigation provide possibility for vascularity of these masses evaluation. CT with and without contrast enhancement can be used as a marker of malignancy. Magnetic resonance imaging has been proposed for the evaluation of renal lesions, especially in cases in which ultrasonography (US) and/or CT results are not definitive.
