Aim: to study key trends in the health status and number of people of military age. Material and Methods. The research materials were official open statistical data and analytical materials of the public health authorities of the Moscow Region, Primorsky Krai and the Russian Federation, statistical data from the Rosstat (, EIISS ( To solve the tasks in the study, a statistical analysis of the level, dynamics and structure of primary and general morbidity of young men of military age (15—17 years old), as well as dynamic characteristics of the number of people of military age (18- 26 years old) was carried out. Results. The study revealed a negative trend in the number of people of military age (-1,723 thousand people, or-18.5% from 1995 to 2017). The reduction in the number of troops by 2028 will be -43.5% compared with 2010 The overall morbidity among young people aged 15- 17 years from 2006 to 2015 in the Russian Federation increased by 15.2% and amounted to 2247.2. In the structure of general morbidity among young people aged 15-17 years, respiratory diseases dominate in the Russian Federation 33.3%, in the second rank eye disease and accessory apparatus 9.3%, in the third digestive organs (8.8%), on the fourth and fifth musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (7.9%) and injuries, poisoning and other consequences of external factors (7.7%). In the structure of the primary incidence of this category of young people, as in the case of general morbidity, respiratory diseases dominate 47.8%, injuries, poisoning and other consequences of external causes (12.4%) prevail in the second ranking place; on the third diseases of the digestive system (5.7%); in the fourth, diseases of the urogenital system (4.6%); on the fourth and fifth, there are diseases of the eye and its adnexa (4.6%) and diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (4.3%), respectively. The incidence of citizens of military age has pronounced regional features. An analysis of the overall incidence in these regions shows that there is a heterogeneous picture in different regions. Thus, the average level of general morbidity in Primorsky Krai among citizens ofmilitary age in 2006-2015 with certain infectious and parasitic diseases exceeds this indicator in the Moscow Region by 49.7%, and in the Russian Federation by 18.1%; neoplasms by 37.8 and 12.9%, respectively, mental disorders and behavioral disorders by 19.1 and 8.6%; diseases of the genitourinary system by 54.7 and 14.5%; other diseases 5.9 and 5.2%. Conclusions. Negative tendencies of primary (+16.0%) and general morbidity (+15.2%) were detected for almost all classes of diseases, significant regional features of the status of recruits, a negative trend in the number of men of military age (by 2028 the decline will be -43.5% compared with 2010). The level of primary incidence of this contingent is currently 1373.8%o and the growth of this indicator over 10 years was 16.0%. When analyzing the incidence of the studied contingent, classes of diseases require the most attention: eye and its adnexa diseases, respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, diseases of ear and mastoid process and nervous system, as well as the genitourinary system diseases.

The purpose is to study the dynamics of general and primary incidence of eye diseases and accessory apparatus among the population of the Central Black Earth region for the period 2008-2017, in comparison with similar indicators in the Russian Federation. Material and Methods. The article presents the data on the dynamics of general and primary incidence of eye diseases as a whole, as well as myopia and cataracts in comparison with Russia and the five regions of the Central Black Earth region (Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Tambov) from 2008 till 2017 Results. A comparative analysis of morbidity indicators allowed us to identify regions that are unfavorable for ocular morbidity in general and for cataracts and myopia in particular. Conclusion. The total incidence of eye diseases among the population of Russia in 2008 accounted 10994,0±2,6 cases, over ten years there was a decrease to 10370,9±2,5 cases per 100000 persons. The primary incidence rate of eye diseases among the population of Russia in 2008 accounted 3422±1,5 cases, over a ten-year period there was a decrease to 3161,1±1,4 cases per 100000 persons. Among the regions of the Central Black Earth region in the Belgorod region, the indicators studied are higher than the average in Russia. The incidence of eye diseases, in particular, cataracts and myopia tends to decrease. However, its level remains significantly high, which requires the improvement of organization of eye care and the development of measures aimed at preventing the development of eye pathology.

Purpose: identification of tendencies of development of incidence of a neurosyphilis and structures of clinical forms of a late neurosyphilis in Altai Territory. Material and Methods. Materials of forms of the state statistical overseeing of 1999-2016 across Altai Territory, official statistical materials of the Department of monitoring, the analysis and strategic development of health care, Federal State Budgetary Institution Central Research and Development Institute of the Organization and Informatization of Health Care, contemporary records of medical institutions of Altai Territory are analysed. Results. The carried-out retrospective analysis of incidence of a lues in Altai Territory for the 18-year period of observations revealed tendencies to decrease in primary incidence of a lues with simultaneous increase in structure of late forms, including a late neurosyphilis that completely confirmed the model of development of epidemic process constructed earlier by authors. In structure of forms of a late neurosyphilis without symptomless neurosyphilis, symptomless meningitis and meningovascular forms of neurosyphilis came to light more often. Conclusion. The clinical picture of late forms of a neurosyphilis is mainly without symptoms character now. Among demonstrative forms the meningovascular forms as a predictor of cerebrovascular pathology at working-age is registered more often.

The results of the regional studies on the frequency of Parkinson's disease (PD) and the incidence of it in Russia have been generalized, the main factors that determine the quality of the estimates of this disease epidemiological indicators have been identifyd. The article summarizes data from 19 original studies on the epidemiology of parkinsonism and Parkinson's disease in Russia published between 2005-2015. Due to the statistical heterogeneity of the primary results computational analytics was not applied to the data; however, data consolidation allowed to perform a trend analysis of epidemiological indicators. The methodological basis of the majority of studies was medical aid appealabil-ity; two of the studies used door-to-door surveys. One of the studies returned questionably low epidemiological indicators obtained from the medical records, and the rest showed the standardized prevalence of 30.0-139.9/100,000 and incidence of 7.63-21.8/100,000 per year. Contribution of Parkinson's disease to the nosological structure of parkinsonism was >61.3%. Estimate of the number of patients with PD in Russia is approximately 210,000 people. Conclusions are made regarding the prevalence of PD in Russia according to the cross-cutting research on the level of indicators in the Western countries. The prevalence of PD by appealability is 2-3 times less than the prevalence in continuous research, both national and foreign. The incidence of PD, demonstrated in half of the studies, is stable from region to region and is comparable with the universally recognized values.

Objective; analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators of the ТВ epidemic in the Saratov region during the 5-year period. Material and Methods. The analysis of major indicators of epidemic (morbidity and mortality) in the Saratov region during the five years of observation. In the work a comparative evaluation of the parameters studied with analogical indicators in the Russian Federation was carried out. Results. During the period from 2009 to 2013 situation of tuberculosis epidemic in the Saratov region has positively stabilized. Over the past five years, the mortality rate in the region has decreased, while in the Russian Federation as a whole only on 25%, the incidence of the population in the region fell by 20%. It has been established that the later detection of a tuberculosis process leads to an increase in mortality and maintains reservoir of ТВ infection. Conclusion. In the Saratov region ТВ infection is thoroughly controlled. There is a well-established system for the detection, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this specific process.
