Summary:

Analysis of literature review has presented authors' opinion about regularities of consistent change of haemopoietic cell differentiation steps in bone marrow. Particular attention has been paid to the role of numerous cytokines (stem cell factor, fit-3ligand, interleukine-3, interleukine-4, interleukine-6, interleukine-7, tumor necrosis factor, colony stimulating factors, erythropoietin, thrombopoietin) in mechanisms of myelo-, erythro- and thrombocytopoiesis in the normal conditions. Results of investigation have showed the important significance of blood cytokine profile disturbances in pathogenesis of tumor progression in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.

Study of nerve fibers nature reinforcing duodenal contractions by electrical stimulation of sympathetic nerve

Summary:

The subject of the article is to investigate the mechanism of increased reactions by electrical stimulation of the sympathetic nerve. Materials and methods: Experiments on dogs have shown that stimulant reactions during blockade of a-adrenergic by phentolamine and (3-adrenergic receptors with propranolol were completely eliminated by lizer-gol —the blocker of 5-HT12-receptors. Results: Infusion of lizergol did not influence on duodenal motor activity and the function of the vagus nerve. Conclusion: Effector neuron is found out to be serotonergic and its action is provided by 5-HT1 2 receptors

The investigation has revealed that stimulation of sympathetic nerve in the thoracic cavity in dogs provides no inhibition but increase in stomach contractions in most cases. This effect is raised with the blockage of a-and (3-adrenergic receptors and it is removed by blockage of 5-HT12-receptors. It has been stated that there are serotonergic fibers that increase stomach contractility
