Posmetnaya TV. Peculiarities of clinical and X-ray findings at women during postmenopause with chronic generalized periodontitis determined by mineral bone density

Year: 2016, volume 12 Issue: №4 Pages: 586-588
Heading: Stomatology Article type: Original article
Authors: Eremina N.V., Ismailova О.А., Strukov V.I., Kirillova T.V.,
Organization: Penza Institute for Advanced Training of Physicians
Summary:

The aim: to study clinical and X-ray specifics of chronic generalized periodontitis of women during a postmenopaus-al period determined by mineral bone density. Material and Methods. 80 women having chronic generalized periodontitis during a postmenopausal period were examined using clinical and X-ray research. Material of bone density was taken into consideration. Results. Decrease of hygienic indices of women at postmenopausal period has been found. It depends on the degree of severity of chronic generalized periodontitis. There was a reverse connection of periodon-tal index and mineral density of bone tissues in the 1-st group: — 0.9 (p<0.05), in the 2-nd group: — 0.5 (p<0.05), in the 3-rd group: — 0.79 (p<0.05). Cone-beam computer tomography made possible to find out the initial signs of edge osteoporosis of interdental partitions at the light degree of chronic generalized periodontitis and signs of spot and homogenous osteoporosis of gum bones, osteoporosis of interdental partitions with osteolysis at mild and severe degrees of severity. Conclusion. The clinical researches with cone-beam computer tomography and densitometry have revealed the exact data on the condition of bone tissues. The results have given an opportunity to plan osteotropic therapy and to control the dynamics of the process correctly.

Modern immunomorphological aspects of diagnostics of periodontal diseases

Year: 2013, volume 9 Issue: №3 Pages: 453-456
Heading: Stomatology Article type: Original article
Authors: Ostrovskaya L.U., Beybulatov G.D., Khanina A.I., Mogila А.Р., Katkhanova L.S.

Summary:

Molecular markers of destruction of periodontal tissue and alveolar bone belong to the mediators, participating in maintenance of chronic inflammatory process in the clinical attachment. Purpose: To reveal changes of cytokine profile of gingival fluid and proliferative activity of cells of gum at patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases. Material and methods. Immunohistochemical research of biopsy gum material of 70 patients with periodontal disease with monoclonal antibodies: Ki-67 (marker of proliferative activity of cells), Bcl-2 (apoptosis marker); method of the solid-phase immunofermental analysis for level definition interleukin -6, 10, 12, 18 in gingival fluid (about — and anti-inflammatory markers). Results. It is shown that level definition of cytokines in gingival fluid allows to monitor the activity of the inflammatory process in the periodontal tissues, and the morphometric analysis of periodontal cells reflects degree of its weight. Conclusion. The use of molecular markers in inspection of patients with periodontal disease is the informative method, allowing to predict development and course of chronic periodontal disease.

Clinical features and some mechanisms of formation of inflammatoty periodontal diseases at women in the postmenopausal period

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 318-319
Heading: Stomatology Article type: Short message
Authors: Ostrovskaya L.U., Chanina A.I.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

For the purpose to determine clinical morphologic features of development of inflammatoty periodontal diseases at women in the postmenopausal period medical examination of 90 patients was carried out. It was established that a postmenopausal osteoporosis is risk factor of development periodontal diseases. In formation of periodontal diseases at women during this period the important role is played hormonal changes

Features of local immunity of an oral cavity at children with rheumatic diseases

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 300-301

Summary:

It is revealed that level decrease slgA at children rheumatic diseases is risk factor of development of plural caries of teeth, and also developments of inflammatory diseases of periodont and an oral cavity mucous membrane. Insufficiency IgAs of a saliva can causes mutual relation infringement between oral cavity microflora, especially its is conditional-pathogenic forms, and an organism of the child

Summary:

As a result of the conducted research results of an estimation of efficiency of application of the general eradication are presented therapy and local therapy at sick of inflammatory periodontal diseases against a chronic gastritis. Authors notice a positive effect at application as pathogenetic therapy of balm for gums of "Asepta" that normalisation of level of hygiene of the oral cavity, proof remission of periodontal diseases against a pathology of a gastroenteric path allows to achieve
