Summary:

Objective: to study the individually-typological features of the person of young men with prehypertension. Material and Methods. With the help of complex tests: Reduced Multiple Personality Questionnaire for research (MMPI), the Heck — Hess, Spielberger — Hanin, Index lifestyle were examined 95 healthy young men with different levels of blood pressure: optimal, normal and high normal. Results. It has been shown that people with normal and high normal blood pressure have different individually-typological features of the person and, based on this criterion can not be combined into a single group prehypertension. Men with normal blood pressure values on the studied parameters were similar to individuals with optimal blood pressure value. Persons with high normal level of blood pressure had a psychosomatic predisposition personality profile MMPI, with its fixation on physical sensations, with the increase of anxiety, neuroticism and the overall intensity of psychological protection. Conclusion. It is advisable to carry out a personalized approach to the psychological correction of identified changes in primary prevention of arterial hypertension in young men.

Year: 2015, volume 11 Issue: №4 Pages: 556-561
Heading: Stomatology Article type: Original article
Authors: Zelenova A.V., Bulkina N.V., Olenko E.S., Tokmakova E.V.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The aim: to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with rapidly progressive periodontitis (RPP) using electromagnetic radiation at terahertz frequencies of molecular spectrum of radiation and absorption of nitric oxide 150,176-150,664 GHz. Material and methods. The study involved 50 patients with RPP, which according to the method of therapy were divided into 2 groups: group 1 included patients receiving conventional therapy, group 2 consisted of patients who, along with traditional therapy received EHF-therapy device "Orbit" YAKUL.941526.001. The control group consisted of 20 healthy subjects with intact periodontium. For the non-invasive study of tissue blood flow in the periodontal tissue Doppler ultrasound was used MiniMax-Doppler-Phono. The study of the microvasculature of periodontitis has been conducted. To determine the reactivity of microvascular periodontal tissue reflex functional tests on the indirect effect of the cold were performed. Results. Reductions achieved values of periodontal indices, especially important index PMA, a significant increase in the linear blood flow indices, decreased pulse pressure gradient and the index followed appropriate reduction to their cold test. Conclusion. The proposed complex therapy can accelerate the relief of inflammation in the periodontal tissues of the complex, to improve the elastic properties of blood vessels, reduce their tone and restore microcirculation in periodontal tissues.

Year: 2012, volume 8 Issue: №2 Pages: 209-213
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Original article
Authors: Kurako М.М., Kirichuk V.F., Kodochigova A.I., Papshitskaya N.Y., Olenko E.S., Sulkovskaya L.S.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Research Objective: To compare the features of personal response in young patients with minor heart anomalies according to gender and severity of abnormalities. Materials and Methods: Physiological characteristics of 124 male and female (mean age — 22,16±2,42 years) have been examined by means of Toronto Alexithymic scale, reduced multifactorial questionnaire for the study of personality and psychogeometric test. Results: It has been found that both women and men with moderate degree of minor heart anomalies manifest polar intrapsychic tendencies, higher levels of alexithymia than in those with a lesser degree of dysplasia of the connective tissue of the heart. Conclusion: Patients with moderate degree of minor heart anomalies have experienced the conflicting intrapsychic tendencies and higher levels of alexithymia than patients with minor heart anomalies of a minimal degree, regardless of the gender. Male patients with varying degrees of severity are more likely to suffer from alexithymia than females

The work is a result of the psychophysiological tests with the help of cutting examination and psychogeometrical tests for 76 healthy individuals ages 20,18±1,25 years, having different caries resistance. It is known that group of people with poor caries resistance has a conflict type of personality. There is a positive tendency to growth of anxiety level and reducing caries resistance. The article concludes that the prophylaxis of caries and its complications must contain methods of psychophysiological correction
