Summary:

Objective: to conduct a clinical study of the effectiveness of the gel based on chitosan in skin care healthy people with different manifestations of signs of aging and patients with pigmented lesions of the skin of those aged 34 to 63 years. Material and Methods. The study was performed in the group of patients consisting of 10 people ranging in age from 34 to 63 years. They have been estimated by the following biophysical parameters: the moisture level and elasticity of the skin, the melanin content, the level of erythema, as well as the width and depth of wrinkles. Results. The application of hydrogel with chitosan marked hydration of the skin (in particular immediate increase in skin moisture immediately afterthe first application), reducing the depth and width of wrinkles, restoring elasticity and improving muscle tone. Conclusion. Course application of the hydrogel during the month allows you to obtain a lasting effect, OMO application.

Cytologic assessment of dynamics of reparative processes in the experimental conditionally aseptic wound under the action of complex preparation based on chitosan and metal nanoparticles

Summary:

Objective: assessment of dynamics of reparative processes with the help of cytological examination of the preparations obtained from a conditionally aseptic wound under the action of a complex preparation based on biopolymer chitosan and metal nanoparticles. Material and Methods. A conditionally aseptic wound was simulated in 40 white outbred rats. In comparison and experimental groups cytologic assessment of dynamics of reparative processes was carried out. A number of neutrophilic leukocytes and fibroblastic row perl 00 cells in the preparations is recorded on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, 14th day from the moment of formation of the wound with the use of the immersion objective. Results. It is established, that in the comparison group the cytologic pattern of impression smear was characterized by decrease in neutrophilic leukocytes and increase in fibroblastic row cells by the 14th day from the moment of formation of the wound. In the experimental group (the use of a complex preparation) more intensive reduction of neutrophilic leukocytes and a significant increase in fibroblastic row cells by the 10th day and a complete healing by the 14th day from the moment of formation of the wound has been determined. Conclusion. When treated by a complex preparation based of biopolymer chitosan and metal nanoparticles earlier occurrence of fibroblastic row cells in preparations and a significant decrease in quantity of neutrophilic leukocytes have been observed.

Summary:

Purpose: to study the properties of nanostructured coatings in orthodontic implants. Material and methods. Low and average molecular mass chitosan, 3-amynopropil-3-methoxysylan and suspensions of 5 nm and 10 nm gold nano-spheres stabilized with natrium citrate were used for nanocomposed surfaces. 2mg/ml polyethylenamin water solution was used for making the underlayer before putting polyion coverage using «POLYION-1M». The polyion covering dynamics was studied by polyquartz weighing method. Morphology of created layers was studied with atomic microscopy, elements were studied by secondary ion mass-spectrometry. Results. The best transmission among structures of chito-san/metals was showed by low molecular mass of chitosan and 8-1 Onm nanoparticles of metals. Analysis of roughness of surface shows that nanoparticles of gold make the most solid surface on 3-amynopropil-3-methoxysylan underlayer. Conclusion. The development of biocomparative materials in maxillofacial surgery is considered to be effective method of decreasing the risk of post-operative inflammatory complications by local antibacterial effect.

Summary:

Medicinal form with all its components: auxiliary substances, way of introduction of medicinal substances, favourable properties, appearance and convenience of application influences its therapeutic efficiency. Biological availability of heterogeneous medicinal forms for peroral applications in the form of suspension and emulsion were compared in the research. There were included natural auxiliary substances. Comparative investigations were held on models of experimental gastric ulcer on Okabe and single introduction of hormones. The presented research stated that medical products as components of heterogeneous, correct medicines in the form of suspensions and emulsions positively influence the therapeutic efficiency. Besides, the substances stabilizing heterogeneous systems intensify and supplement pharmacological action of medical product
