We have found that the cause of pathology is acute damage, stress, parafunction of masseteric muscules, durable influence on the joint. NDS is characterized by the impairment of masseteric muscularfunction, that results in motional restriction in all directions. Treatment must include elimination of etiological factors, symptoms of the disease, normalization of masseteric muscle function and prophylaxis of complications.

All the patients have been classified into the main and control groups. Patiens of the first group have been prescribed 500 mg of levofloxacine before and after the operation two times a day for 10 days. Patients of the control group have been treated with amocxicilline. In the control group, which has used amoxicilline, Streptococcus sanguis, Streptococcus salivarius and anaerobic bacteria have been identified. The amount of Prevotella intermedia is insignificant. The same picture has been found with Fusobacterium spp. The rate of Actinomyces spp. was insignificant over the whole period of study. Patients of the experimental group had a slightly different distribution of bacteria. On the 10th day after the operation in the main patient group no periodontal pathogenesis, which may cause inflammatory complications have been identified. During the early post-operative period no significant differences have been observed among the patients of both groups.

DAILY RHYTHM OF BLOOD PRESSURE AND VARIATIONAL PULSE INDICES DURING CLINOORTHOSTATIC TEST IN CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS WITH VEGETATIVE DYSTONIA SYNDROME

Year: 2009, volume 5 Issue: №1 Pages: 83-86
Heading: Pediatrics Article type: Original article
Authors: O.N. Ivakhnic, I.G. Kuznetsova
Organization: Stavropol State Medical University
Summary:

Daily rhythm of blood pressure and variational pulse indices during clinoorthostatic test in children and teenagers with vegetative dystonia syndrome has been studied. The disorganized daily rhythm in parameters of variational rythmopulsometry has been revealed. Itvariates with different types of clinoorthostatic test. 43% of examined patients have demonstrated changes in the type of blood pressure reaction on orthostasis during 24 hours. This phenomenon indicates that vegetative reactivity and vegetative supply of activity during different day periods are not stable in patients with vegetative dystonia syndrome.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF RABBIT SHIN-BONE AFTER FLUOROSIS EXPERIMENTAL MODEL CREATION

Year: 2009, volume 5 Issue: №1 Pages: 17-20
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article

Organization: Saratov Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics
Summary:

Impact of ecological factors and chronic intoxications on an organism is not accounted in treatment of bone injuries. The more significant osseous tissue modifications arise in case of fluoric intoxication accompanied by structural bone modifications. The main structural changes of more and less variability by mineral density of similar shin-bone zones of rabbit at fluorosis have been revealed in the research.
