The aim of the article is to consider the main theoretical and practical aspects of implementation the program of youth policy in the Saratov State Medical University n.a. V. I. Razumovsky. Authors analyze the educational system and the way it correlates to modern challenges of the Russian society. Special attention is paid to the main conditions of realization and the directions of youth policy in the Saratov State Medical University. The conceptual principles of youth policy of higher school have been worked out by the authors.
