Summary:

The main aspects of the classification and clinical manifestations of cicatricial alopecia are highlighted with an emphasis on a rare clinical form — pseudopelade of Brocq. A clinical case of this rare disease presented from the point of view of differential diagnosis in the group of cicatricial alopecia is presented.
