Summary:

A clinical case of a patient suffering from lichen planus for many years is presented. The debut of the disease was connected with stress. The clinical manifestations of dermatosis were typical. The disease was characterized by prolonged and persistent remission. There were two episodes of exacerbation which arose against the background of the non-simultaneous development of two oncological diseases, and they steadily regressed after successful treatment of oncopathology and combined therapy of lichen planus including acupuncture.
