Summary:

The aim of the article is studying the epidemiological trends of neurosyphilis in Saratov region between 1993 and 2014. Material and methods. The forms of state statistical inquiry in Saratov region have been studied. Results. The incidence of syphilis and increase the incidence of neurosyphilis in Saratov region was confirmed. Late manifest forms were predominant. Conclusion. Neurosyphilis is not a rare disease of the nervous system in Saratov region in the past years. Closer cooperation between neurologists and dermatologists is needed.
