Heading: Neurology Article type: Original article
Authors: A.L. Malykh
Organization: Ulyanovsk Central Sanitary Clinical Hospital
Summary:

Clinical and morphophysiological changes in 150 adolescents and young adults with enuresis were under study. Nocturnal enuresis was determined in recruits born between 1996 and 2008. Examination of patients with enuresis enabled to reveal high level of incidence of urinary system and bladder. Objective criterion of nocturnal enuresis was considered to be the increase of prostate to 18,09±4,71 sm3. Besides, long disease course was characterized by decrease in level of general testosterone, FSH, nonspecific changes of daily EEG which are signs of regressive dysfunction of limbiсo-reticular formations

Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The analysis of statistical indices of children's disablement in case of cerebral paralysis has been represented. It has been established that morbidity of CCP is higher in Leninskiy and Zavodskoy Districts of Saratov. The disablement dynamics of CCP in Saratov is high and has a stable tendency of growing

Immune status and antioxidant protection changes in women with urogenital clamidiosis

Year: 2010, volume 6 Issue: №1 Pages: 111-113
Heading: Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics Article type: Original article
Authors: F.K. Shebzukhova, T.P. Bondar
Organization: Stavropol State Medical University
Summary:

The article presents the results of examination of 92 women with inflammatory process of urogenital system and the diagnosis of urogenital clamidiosis made for the first time. It points that the analysis of laboratory indices of both cellular and humoral immunity and antioxidant status of women with urogenital clamidiosis carried out before treatment has shown the active increase of relative ratio of T-cells and suppressor-cytotoxic T-cells and the decrease in their absolute values. The analysis has also revealed the increase of NO-cell subpopulation and concentration of immunoglobulin A and E, and activation of lipid peroxidation in the tendency of tocopherol acetase reduction that causes the significant decrease of body antioxidant protection

Keywords: urogenital clamidiosis, lipid peroxidation, immune status

Сomputer cytomorphometry of eosinophiles at eosinophilia of different genesis

Year: 2010, volume 6 Issue: №1 Pages: 108-111
Heading: Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics Article type: Original article
Authors: T.P. Bondar, N.M. Ishkova, O.I. Zaparozhtseva
Organization: Stavropol State Medical University
Summary:

The research goal was to estimate geometrical and optical characteristics of normodense and hypodense eosinophiles at eosinophilias of parasitic and nonparasitic genesis in children and adults. the investigation has been conducted by means of methods of ELISA and computer cytomorphometry. Statistical processing of the received data has allowed to reveal morphofunctional changes in eosinophiles in case of toxocariasis

Clinical-and-functional basing of the tactics of complex pharmacophysiothera-py of patients with primary glaucoma simplex

Year: 2010, volume 6 Issue: №1 Pages: 103-107
Heading: Ophtalmology Article type: Original article
Authors: T.G. Kamenskikh, I.O. Kolbenev, E.V. Veselova
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The research goal was to estimate the effectiveness of complex pharmacophysiotherapy of patients with initial glaucoma simplex on the basis of analysis of morphology, visual cortex electrobiological activity and regional blood flow level.
80 patients (149 eyes) aged 60-75 were examined. All of them had an initial glaucoma simplex of II or III stage and normalized intraocular pressure. Depending on the stage of glaucoma there were two groups of patients and each group contained two sub-groups. patients of sub-group A were treated by percutaneous electrostimulation with feedback based on visual evoked biopotentials; and patients of sub-group В were treated by traditional electrostimulation. All patients got complex eye examination before and after the therapeutic course, and in 3 months after it.
Method of selection of optimal electrostimulation parameters was worked out for the appropriate retina ganglionary cell effect. Individually selected electrostimulation in combination with nootropics contributes to eye hemodynamics improvement. Addition of magnetotherapy to the complex therapy of patients with eye hemodynamics leads to improvement of functional results. the increase of functional results of complex therapy with magnetotherapy that affects cervical sympathetic ganglia has been determined in patients with eye hemodynamics

Anti-inflammatory effect of laser therapy at complex treatment of the chronic bronchitis

Year: 2010, volume 6 Issue: №1 Pages: 100-102
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Original article
Authors: N.A. Faradjeva
Organization: Azerbaijan State Institute of Advanced Medical Studies n.a. A. Aliev
Summary:

The research goal is to reveal influence of laser therapy on endobronchial changes and integrated indicator of inflammatory process in complex treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis. 64 patients with chronic bronchitis divided into 2 clinical groups have been under study: 33 patients with chronic purulent obstructive bronchitis and 31 - with chronic purulent nonobstructive bronchitis. Bronchial fibroscopic investigation of mucous membrane of bronchial tubes and biochemical research of blood have been performed to reveal endobronchitis degree and integrated indicator of inflammatory process. Indicators have been expressed in points: under 1 - moderated, 1-2 - expressed and more than 2 points - sharp changes. Results have demonstrated that the combination of drug therapy with endobronchial laser irradiation has an optimum anti-inflammatory effect indicated by decrease of endobronchitis degree - 1,12 and 0,81 points and integrated indicator - 1,75 and 0,75 (Р <0,01). That allows to recommend introduction of endobronchial laser irradiation into the complex therapy of chronic bronchitis

Summary:

Alcoholic liver disease prognosis has not been thoroughly developed yet. The possibility of morphologic prognosis has been limited due to disadvantages of liver biopsy. Insignificant amount of studies is devoted to laboratory methods. prognosis value of serum markers of liver fibrosis at the last cirrhotic stages is widely considered in the medical literature. at the same time the results of treatment are determined by making a diagnosis
