Summary:
The study of enzymes activity of membranous intestinal digestion has been carried out. The condition of ultrastructure of mucous membrane of a small bowel in patients with chronic pancreatitis taking into account duration of disease is presented. It is shown, that signs of lesion of a small bowel in case of chronic pancreatitis are caused by disturbances in the first stage of membranous intestinal digestion, observed at early stages of disease and begin to progress with the disease duration.
