The type of urinary derivation after radical cystectomy due to urinary bladder carcinoma may greatly influence quality of life of patients. The purpose of this study was to estimate influence of different types of urinary derivation after cystectomy upon lifetime and health-related quality of life of patients with invasive urinary bladder cancer.

The article deals with microbiological status of patients with chronic generalized periodontitis of medium severity. On the basis of clinical and microbiological data the analysis of different methods efficacy of anti-inflammatory therapy was carried out. We studied antimicrobial effect of laser therapy, ozonotherapyandcombinations oflaser- ozonotherapyin comparison with influence ofchlorhexidine 0,2%. Combined laser and ozone influence on periodontium provided high antibacterial effect with increased local nonspecific resistance, and it extended remission term of patients with chronic periodontitis.

229 children and teenagers in the age of 10-17 years have been examined: suffering a peptic ulcer of a duodenum - 23persons; chronic erosive gastroduodenitis - 31 persons; chronic superficialgastroduodenal - 175persons; and practically healthy - 30 children from the control group. The features of clinical course of chronic gastroduodenal diseases with negative types of the parent attitude and formation of individual psychosocial features ofthe person have been studied. Carried out research allowed to allocate the number of factors to forcastthe developmentof gastroduodenal pathology with probability of 81%.

The article deals with the features of lipid peroxidation, activity of the antioxidative systems and level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in patients with paranoid schizophrenia. Present study indicates associations between the studied parameters and type of progression, duration of disease and gender of patients.

Epidemiological aspects of disease and prevalence of epilepsy depending on age are submitted. Comparative analysis of personal response peculiarities of clinically healthy people, who do study in different types of institutes of higher education and patients with arterial hypertension demonstrated that students of medical institutes are mostly exposed to riskof arterial hypertension development, as the model of psychosomatic pathology.

By giving treatment to 206 patients (380 eyes) with age-related macular degeneration, the estimation is given to the most effective method of introduction of medical products. It was revealed, that the best results are received at application retinalamin in the form of parabulbar injection in a complexwith instenon, which was introduced by endonasal electrophoresis.

In the course of daily duty in clinic, the indeces of functional status, functional reserve of organism and mnestic (operator’s) performance ability of intern doctors with different success level activity in extreme conditions were determined twice (in the beginning and at the end of the duty). It is shown that the higher success level activity in extreme conditions of interns, the more tolerance and strength of their body functional system formed in work process and it means the higher professional activity performance.
