COMPARATIVE ANALISYS OF EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF DIFFERENT SCHEMES OF OPIOID DETOXICATION USING ANTIDEPRESSANTS FROM DIFFERENT CHEMICAL GROUPS AND NONCOMPETITIVE ANTAGONIST OF NMDA-RECEPTORS

Different variants of opioid detoxication using traditional preperations in comparison with pharmacological technologies based on new drug generations, including relatively new preparations – noncompetitive antagonists of NMDA-receptors – were analyzed. Antidepressant, antianxious, vegetostabilizing, neuroprotective and anticraving properties of memantine were investigated. Efficialy and safety of current schemes were showed.
