ABOUT A ROLE OF INSUFFICIENCY OF NONSPECIFIC RESISTANCE FACTORS AND SPECIFIC IMMUNOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF PROTECTION IN PATHOGENESIS OF CHRONIC SINUSITIS

In this work the modern conceptions about pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis have found reflection.
The characteristic of the ethiological factors, condition of mechanisms of nonspecific resistance and specific immunological mechanisms of protection is given. The general rules of the development of chronical inflammation in paranasal sinuses are described.
