VALIDATION OF THE MODEL OF INFORMATIONAL INTERACTION OF THE INSURER AND THE MEDICAL INSTITUTION DURING THE EXPERT ESTIMATION OF THE MEDICAL CARE QUALITY

One of the important tasks of any medical institution is the ensuring of medical care quality, which is carried out in the terms of mandatory medical insurance. Protection of the right of ensured citizens is accomplished by the procedure of expert estimation of the medical care quality. In this case the effectiveness of expert work becomes the crucial problem of mandatory medical insurance organization. The article contains the results of analysis of expert work in MMI system in 2002-2006 both at the level of the Russian Federation and the Saratov Region and the description of the model of informational interaction of the insurer and the medical institution during the expert estimation of the medical care quality.
