БЛИЖАЙШИЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ ЯЗВЕННОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ ЖЕЛУДКА И ДВЕНАДЦАТИПЕРСТНОЙ КИШКИ, ОСЛОЖНЕННОЙ ПЕРФОРАЦИЕЙ (RUS)

468 patients aged 14 to 88 years underwent surgery concerning perforative ulcer os stomach and duodenum. 10 patients had symptoms of stenosis including 10 patients with penetration. It is demonstrated that incision of ulcer with duodenoplasty or pyloduodenoplasty permit to treat successfully perforative ulcers and to achieve good functional results.
