FISH-метод: способ цитогенетической ретроспективной оценки дозы

Резюме:

Представлен обзор данных научной литературы, посвященной FISH-методу как способу ретроспективной оценки дозы. Рассмотрены проблемы ретроспективной цитогенетической оценки дозы в целом; молекулярно-биологических основ FISH-метода; видов аберрации хромосом, идентифицируемых с помощью FISH-метода; принципов построения дозовых кривых для FISH-регистрируемых транслокаций хромосом. Сделан вывод о необходимости привлечения трехцветного и многоцветного вариантов методики к ретроспективной оценке дозы.
