Неполное соответствие экспериментальных и эпидемиологических данных для частоты генной перестройки RET/PTC в папиллярных карциномах щитовидной железы применительно к аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС

Резюме:

В обзорно-аналитическом исследовании рассмотрены эпидемиологические данные о частоте генных перестроек RET/PTC в спорадических и радиогенных (пациенты после радиотерапии, резиденты загрязненных после аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС территорий, пострадавшие от атомных бомбардировок и др.) карциномах щитовидной железы (ЩЖ). В целом обнаруженные эпидемиологические закономерности подтверждались в радиобиологических экспериментах при облучении различных культур клеток ЩЖ и воздействия ex vivo, за исключением чернобыльских когорт. Индукция генных перестроек RET/РТС предполагаемой экспозицией 1311 в детских карциномах резидентов Чернобыля в опытах на мышах также не воспроизводилась. Сделан вывод, что ситуация с частотой перестроек RET/РТС в карциномах ЩЖ в чернобыльских когортах еще раз подтверждает мультифакторный характер индукции и развития этих опухолей, со вкладом как облучения, так и нерадиационных воздействий (йоддефицит и стрессы различной природы).
